High hydrolysis resistance and elasticity even at low temperatures
(Glass/flexibility in cold conditions).
Equipping the systems with antistatic and UV stabilizers as well as against microbial infestation.
Integration of inserts made of TPU and rubber as well as PU padding for visual beautification and to improve certain properties such as slip resistance or abrasion, improvement of certain areas but also shock absorption while reducing pressure in the inner area of the sole to improve comfort (ISS system, IOF system)
Two component soles made of foamed PUR and PUR compact with anti-slip function, environmentally friendly, CFC-free manufacturing process. PUR system for special requirements such as oil/petrol resistance and solvent resistance.
Pollutant-free raw materials in accordance with current EU regulations. Special system for hard foam parts and upholstery. Qualitatively equivalent polyurethane system with a hardness of approx. 75 Shore for shell soles with high frame stability.
Color design options through compensation/color finish.
Integration of logos made of TPU and PVC as well as foaming on the cover material. Stabilization through joint supports and TPU frames.

PU - Polyurethane milling blanks
Special PU system development for optimal millability at low specific weight of 0.37g/cm3 and variable hardnesses (30/40/50 ShoreA) combinations of all 3 hardnesses in one milling block.
Optimal milling on all common CAD systems.
Equipping the systems with antiseptic and against microbial infestation.
Milling blanks as mono/duo/triple “distribution” of hardness zones freely selectable.
PUR-System
SLsoft
(supralight-soft)
Our new development SLsoft is a world first in PU material development for outsoles and insoles. SLsoft is comparable to EVA materials, but clearly surpasses them in terms of physical properties.
Material: PU-SLsoft 1-component
Density molding: 0.35-0.40 kg/m3
Hardness: ShoreA 38-45
Abrasion: approx. 80mg
2-component
direct foaming
PU
PU rubber and PU-TPU direct foam PU on second component.
Maximum adhesion between components.
Hydrolysis-resistant PU system with density 0.35-0.50g/cm3 for midsole.
High cold resistance of the components.
Hardness 35-50 ShoreA for PU components.
Possible uses: Leisure and occupational safety.
High-quality rubber component:
Abrasion approx. 100 mg for rubber and polyurethane. Hardness ShoreA 60-65.
Oil and gasoline resistance, streak-free, multi-colored, high structural strength, low spec. Weight and shell construction to optimize wiping. Quality requirements according to EN ISO 20347 clearly met.
With our machinery, we are able to process your requests quickly and with optimal quality. It doesn’t matter whether it’s injection molding or PU components.

Technical parts

Special development of a polyurethane system for the production of protectors that meet the EU standard for protective clothing. Meets special requirements for impact protectors according to ISO 6487 - Prenzlauer 6121-1: 1997
Areas of application: motorcycle clothing and occupational safety as well as sports equipment.
